    Why enter

    The Awards offer an attractive cash prize as well as the opportunity to showcase your business both at county and national level.

    Finalists will gain market exposure, PR and be featured on all marketing literature pertaining to the awards in their county or as national finalists.

    There are a wide range of categories to suit all sectors including emerging businesses as well as established companies.

    How to enter

    Entering could not be easier.

    Applicants can complete a detailed application online or download the application form and post or fax their entry.

    Applicants may enter a maximum of two categories.

    The overall EBA National Entrepreneur of the Year will be announced in May 2012 at a National Gala ceremony.

    Benefits and prizes

    In addition to receiving trophies and prizes, winners will benefit from extensive media coverage and may use awards materials and footage in company marketing and promotion.

    Applicants will receive one year’s free membership to the EBA Alumni Business Network; a network with national coverage.
    Alumni Network

    All entrants receive one year's membership to the EBA Alumni Network. This enables you to attend free networking events, including an annual trade show, where you can promote yourself and your business.

    Business seminars and workshops will be run where you can avail of subsidised training courses.

    Judging

    The independent Judging Panel follows strict judging criteria and uses official marking sheets and the judging process is generic throughout the country.

    Interviews will be held to allow entrants present their achievements in person. The process is overseen by an independent adjudicator.
